Standard terms are pro-forma invoice settled by bank transfer. On larger contracts we agree staged payments — typically deposit on order and balance before dispatch. Terms are fixed in writing before any commitment.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For machinery, no — we quote from a single unit. For wholesale programmes we build mixed consignments, so smaller lines can travel together in one shipment instead of meeting a per-item minimum.
How does the agency service differ from buying wholesale?
Under agency we represent you: we negotiate with the manufacturer on your behalf and the supply contract is built around your requirement. Under wholesale you buy from our trading arm directly — faster for standard items and mixed orders. Returns and remedies in both cases follow the contract and the manufacturer’s warranty.
